The main function of the system is to heat a certain volume of water, keep it in recirculation for a while at the required temperature and supply it to the process line when necessary. External signal 4-20mA is used to activate the delivery.

The skid consists of:

2000 liter jacketed tank
Centrifugal pump used for recirculation and supply to the process
Plate heat exchanger
Steam circuit
Stainless steel control panel with PLC
